01Use of the platform

You may use Nurrel only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or another user's account
• Interfere with the operation, security or functionality of the Platform
• Use the Platform for fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities
• Upload or transmit malicious software or other harmful content
• Use another person's account without authorization
• Use the Platform to infringe the rights of others

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

02Account registration

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information current
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, except where caused by Nurrel's failure to maintain reasonable security.

03Marketplace and third-party sellers

Nurrel is a fashion shopping platform that connects customers with participating sellers and provides services including product discovery, ordering, payment processing, AI-powered size recommendations and virtual try-on.

Products available through Nurrel may be offered by independent third-party sellers. Unless otherwise stated, sellers are responsible for:

• The accuracy of their product descriptions, images, pricing and inventory
• Product quality and condition
• Accepting and fulfilling orders
• Preparing and shipping products
• Providing accurate shipping information
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Processing returns or exchanges in accordance with applicable policies

Nurrel provides the Platform and related services but does not manufacture most products listed by third-party sellers. Product availability, pricing, shipping options and other product information may vary by seller.

04Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, prices and availability. However:

• Product colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen
• Product images may differ slightly from the physical product
• Product measurements and sizing may vary between brands and sellers
• Product information may contain errors or omissions
• Products may become unavailable before an order is accepted

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or discontinue products or listings at any time.

05Orders and purchases

When you place an order through Nurrel, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected product. An order is not considered accepted until the applicable seller accepts or confirms the order, where seller acceptance is required.

Nurrel may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Shipping limitations
• Seller inability to fulfil the order
• Legal or regulatory requirements

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

06Pricing and payments

Prices displayed on Nurrel are generally listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, taxes, shipping charges and other applicable fees will be displayed during the purchasing process where required. We may change prices or other charges before an order is placed.

Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Nurrel does not store complete payment card information unless specifically stated and permitted by applicable payment-processing requirements. Nurrel is not responsible for payment-processing failures caused by third-party payment providers, banks, card networks or other financial institutions.

07Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are generally handled by the applicable seller or its designated shipping provider. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Seller processing time
• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Customs or import requirements
• Incorrect shipping information
• Other circumstances outside Nurrel's reasonable control

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a seller cannot fulfil an order within the applicable expected timeframe, the order may be delayed or canceled in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

08Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by Nurrel's applicable Return & Refund Policy and, where applicable, the seller's stated return terms.

Depending on the product and seller, certain products may be:

• Eligible for return
• Eligible for exchange
• Subject to a specific return period
• Final sale or otherwise non-returnable

Returns may be refused when permitted by the applicable policy, including where products are:

• Used or damaged beyond normal inspection
• Missing required tags or packaging
• Returned after the applicable return period
• Identified as final-sale or non-returnable

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

09AI features and virtual try-on

Nurrel may provide AI-powered features, including:

• Body measurement estimation
• Size recommendations
• Virtual try-on
• Virtual closet and styling features
• AI-generated product or outfit images

These features are provided for convenience and visualization purposes. AI-generated measurements, size recommendations and virtual try-on results are estimates and may not accurately represent your actual body measurements, garment fit, color, appearance or final physical product.

You should not rely solely on Nurrel’s AI features when making decisions where inaccurate information could result in harm or other significant consequences.

By using photo-based AI features, you acknowledge that:

• Results may vary depending on the quality, position, lighting and characteristics of uploaded images
• Virtual try-on images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product
• AI-generated recommendations are not guarantees of fit
• You should review product descriptions, size information and seller-provided information before purchasing

10User-uploaded photos and content

You may upload photographs, reviews, comments or other content to Nurrel ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:

• You own the User Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it
• Your User Content does not violate applicable laws
• Your User Content does not infringe another person's rights
• You have permission from any person depicted in an image where such permission is required

You grant Nurrel a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, reproduce and display User Content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Services. This license does not give Nurrel ownership of your User Content.

Photo processing and other processing of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11AI data processing

Certain Nurrel AI features require the processing of uploaded photographs and other information. Where applicable, Nurrel will obtain the consent required for processing and will process such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may decline optional photo-based AI processing where the applicable feature provides a consent option. If you decline, certain AI features may not be available. Nurrel does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results.

12Intellectual property

The Platform and its content, including Nurrel's logos, trademarks, designs, software, text, graphics and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Nurrel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by Nurrel, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce Nurrel's proprietary content
• Modify or create derivative works from Nurrel's software or content
• Distribute or publicly display Nurrel's proprietary materials
• Use Nurrel's trademarks or branding without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform

You retain ownership of User Content that you submit, subject to the license granted to Nurrel under these Terms.

13Third-party services

Nurrel may use or integrate with third-party services, including:

• Payment processors
• Shipping and logistics providers
• Cloud hosting providers
• Analytics providers
• AI and technology providers

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Nurrel is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, availability or performance of third-party services. Where applicable, your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

14Privacy

Your use of Nurrel is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information, including information associated with your account, purchases, uploaded photographs and AI-powered features.

15Platform availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep Nurrel available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be:

• Available
• Uninterrupted
• Secure
• Error-free
• Free from viruses or other harmful components

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16Prohibited activities

You may not use Nurrel to:

• Commit fraud or other unlawful activities
• Attempt to circumvent security controls
• Access data or accounts without authorization
• Scrape or systematically collect Platform data without authorization
• Upload malicious code
• Impersonate another person or business
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Abuse promotions, discounts, refunds or other Platform features
• Interfere with the Platform or other users' access to the Platform

We may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, when prohibited activity is identified.

17Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nurrel provides the Platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will meet every user's requirements
• Product information will always be complete or error-free
• Products will always be available
• AI-generated results will be accurate
• Virtual try-on results will match the physical product
• Size recommendations will always result in the expected fit
• The Platform will operate without interruption or errors

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nurrel and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nurrel's total liability arising from your use of the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Nurrel for the transaction giving rise to the claim, or $100.

This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

19Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Nurrel and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your User Content
• Your violation of another person's rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

20Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Nurrel if:

• You violate these Terms
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
• Your use of the Platform creates a security or legal risk
• Required by law or regulation
• We discontinue the applicable service

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination will not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification and dispute provisions, will survive termination.

21Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Platform, by email, or through another reasonable method. The updated Terms will include a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

23Dispute resolution

Before initiating a formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Nurrel at contact@nurrel.shop and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.

Any additional arbitration, class-action waiver, venue or dispute-resolution provisions will apply only if separately provided in accordance with applicable law.

24Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

25Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Nurrel regarding your use of the Platform.
