Important. This data is collected only with your explicit consent and is used solely for personalization, such as size recommendations and the virtual trial room. We do not use this data for identification or facial recognition. User images used for virtual try-on and virtual closet are collected when you upload or capture a photo in the app, and those images are sent to Google Vertex AI as described in Sharing of information.

04Sharing of information
We may share your data with:
- Sellers - to fulfil your orders
- Payment processors - for secure transactions
- Cloud and hosting providers - to operate the platform
- Analytics providers - to improve performance
- Google Vertex AI, operated by Google - to generate virtual try-on and virtual closet images from the photo you upload or capture and the garment images you select. We do not send your name, email, account credentials or payment information to Google Vertex AI. Google's practices are described in the Google Cloud Privacy Notice.
- Legal authorities - when required by law
We do not sell your personal data.
05Data retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
- Account data - retained while your account is active
- Transaction data - retained for legal and tax compliance
- Body measurement data - retained until you delete it or withdraw consent
- Try-on photos - retained briefly on Nurrel’s processing servers and deleted after your session results are returned. Body measurement estimates from your photo run on your device and are not sent to Google Vertex AI.
You may request deletion at any time.

10Third-party services

You can decline it in the in-app AI consent screen; if you decline, photo-based try-on and virtual closet features will be unavailable.
